After holidaying in Hawaii with the boys last year, we have decided to really commit to travel – as in jet set over installing a new bathroom. Our 1970’s tiles will have to hang in there a little longer. We have spoken about Hawaii almost every day since, especially our boys, which makes us feel like the investment is really worth it – the memories are priceless.

We returned to Escape Travel Norwood to see Krystal to book our 2017 Holiday. Krystal made booking Hawaii so easy last year. We were blown away by how helpful she was throughout the booking process, but just when we though the experience couldn’t get any better, it came time to travel. Knowing we were travelling overseas for the first time as a family, she really went beyond the call of duty to ensure we felt stress-free departing.
Beyond that she used her expertise to overcome any foreseeable road blocks. For example there can be a wait at Disney Aulani to check in, but Krystal phoned ahead to make sure we were in the express queue. When we arrived, the staff member on the check in desk was even surprised to discover our room was available – turns out not every guest had Krystal as their travel agent!
This year we wanted a little bit of relaxation, ease of commute and a warm climate but we also wanted to indulge the boy’s sense of adventure. So after speaking with Krystal, we decided on Singapore – the boys are hysterical about visiting Universal Studios and the Singapore Zoo, while I’m pretty excited about the pool at Shangri-La Rasa on Sentosa. Knowing the boys love Lego, Krystal also recommended two nights at Legoland Malaysia
The boys can’t wait to get another stamp in their passport and we feel so lucky to be creating more amazing family memories in Singapore.
