Crab Carnival returns to Sean’s Kitchen from 26 March to 22 April. Celebrate all things crab-tastic with a special menu filled with crab themed dishes plus weekly crab-tivating events including last year’s wildly popular Tuesday Chilli Mud Crab night.
“Mud Crabs are the most giving of all crabs,” Chef Sean Connolly said. “With their large claws full of dense, sweet meat, they never cease to please and satisfy.”
Try a crabby classics; ranging from crab bruschetta and dressed blue swimmer crab to our king crab mac & cheese or Sean’s famous crab linguini.
Embrace the crabby vibes with the weekly Louisiana Crab Broil every Thursday. $40 will deliver you a delicious meal of steaming blue swimmer crabs with corn on the cob, new potatoes and chorizo.
