Who doesn’t love Bakers Delight? And now there’s even more reason to be fans of the franchise that started in Melbourne in 1980.
Why? Because, as well as baking delicious breads and sweet and savoury treats every day, they have just become the first fresh bakery in Australia to produce a Low FODMAP bread!

This is great news for the millions of Australians that are affected by digestive discomfort, bloating, IBS and IBS-type symptoms.
A Low FODMAP diet can help prevent triggers for digestive conditions and can often assist in controlling some of these symptoms.
Many people with digestive issues avoid bread or cut it out of their diet completely, which is a shame because bread is delicious and we all know how good Baker’s Delight bread is.
But now, everyone can enjoy bread again without digestive discomfort, with Baker’s Delight’s LoFo Loaf.
Bakers Delight are pretty excited about their new LoFo Loaf, and so are Adelaide Central Market, who hosted the launch of the loaf, which we were lucky enough to get along to and Facebook Live the whole event.
As well as the launch of the bread, hosted by Co-Founders of Sprout Cooking School & Health Studio Callum Hann & Themis Chryssidis, there was also a fabulous cooking demonstration and a chance to sample some of the guilt-free bread.
If you’ve been avoiding Baker’s Delight because you are worried about the effects on your tummy, worry no more because you are now fully catered to.
Make sure you pick up a LoFo Loaf so you can once again enjoy a sandwich, a slice of toast with Vegemite, or dunking a piece of buttery bread in hot soup!

I am a member of the Product Testers Group…..but how do you apply for a campaign? Or do you just randomly chose people who are members of the Tester Team?
I’d love to trial this bread, my daughter has problems with bloating and usually avoids bread, so it would be awesome for her to be able to try this bread also.
