You can control how, when and where you pick up your goodies, which means you can flexibly choose how your parcels are delivered!
With thousands of locations across Australia, the Australia Post MyPost App offers plenty of alternative delivery addresses to make getting your parcel easy.
So if you know you won’t be home when your parcel is delivered, or if you have to pop out when your post might be arriving, jump onto the app and choose to pick up from a free 24/7 parcel locker, a post office of your choice, or send it to a PO Box.
You can also use the MyPost App to manage your delivery during transit by changing the delivery address, or having it left in a safe place using ‘Safe Drop’.
Safe Drop is where you can receive signature-on-delivery parcels when no one’s home to sign for them and the great thing about this is that you can organise a Safe Drop up until one hour before a delivery is made, which is perfect for when you have to dash out but don’t want to miss that delivery.
