Declare and Pay

You’ll be notified via email once your shopping has arrived at the ShopMate warehouse. Simply log in to ShopMate, declare your package, pay the shipping costs to Australia and your goods will be on their way. Shopped up a storm? No worries. If you’re sending more than one package from the US to Australia in the same day you will receive a “bundling” discout.

Receive

Once you’ve paid your shipping costs, you won’t have to wait long for your parcel to arrive. Australia Post aim to get your shopping to you within 5 – 8 business days. Once your shopping leaves the US, you’ll be able to stalk its progress (some call it track) with ShopMate’s tracking tool.
